These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glazion AI Receptionist service ("Service"), operated by MHK Ventures LLC, doing business as Glazion ("we," "us," "our"). MHK Ventures LLC is located at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87113, US. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Glazion AI Receptionist is an AI-powered voice assistant that answers missed calls, qualifies callers, collects information, and books appointments on behalf of your business. AI responses are based on the business information you provide during setup.

Billing and payment

• The Service is billed monthly at the rate agreed to at signup.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.
• The Service is billed on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel at any time.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@glazion.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business information for the AI to use.
• You are responsible for setting up call forwarding correctly on your own phone system.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Glazion is not responsible for missed calls caused by phone carrier issues, network outages, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the features and capabilities of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glazion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
